Pros and cons of LensPick app for iPhone and iPad

LensPick app good for

I use about six different primes and find this app a wonderful tool for setting up shots at a fraction of the cost of a directors viewfinder. I checked the accuracy with a couple of my lenses and found ut to be spot on. The lens range of 24-400mm is excellent, but I did make a request to the developer to expand this to 12mm to cover the extreme wide-angle options. In short, this is an excellent app and highly recommended to the photographer using prime lenses!
Works fine! It´ll be very nice to choose a defined sensor size instead of just "full" and "crop"- there´s just much more out there on pro cameras. Then it could be a helpfull tool for professionals. So far it´s great for DSLR users- and free!
This app is awesome for the first quick look without having to carry the big guns around. And this for a fraction of the price of other apps. The developer seems to be a cool guy and even added the 2,35:1 ratio when I asked him.

Some bad moments

Works great I use it when I shoot short films on my Canon full frame DSLR. I compared it to my 35,50,85 and even a 300mm. I definitely recommend it
This app does one thing and thats all I need!! I just need to know which lens I should use without having to actually swap the lenses to find out!! Clean and simple UI is a plus!
For the beginner this app is not for the iPhone camera. your ( like I thought) . It for the use of other photo equipment.
It works, but I dont know what kind of full frame camera the author uses because its not all that close to a Nikon D600s full frame. I guess it shows how one focal length relates to another decently. I will note that if you put the camera 4 feet away from you and look at it, its pretty accurate then.
I didnt want to spend a lot because I wasnt sure Id use it much- this works better than the pricier viewfinders and I use it all the time I use for dslr and now for video shoots too
Love this app and appreciate the updates. Very helpful when scouting and on-location and trying to decide which lens to choose. Its simple and works like any of the super expensive directors viewfinders out there. But great thing its on my iPhone and not another thing to lug around. Nice job!
